Enjoy spectacular sea views or just watch the small wildlife in the nature conservancy at the bottom end of the garden. Dana Bay has beautiful sandy beaches and is a mere 35km from the George Airport. The surrounding coastal villages offer a variety of tourist attractions. There is a safe swimming beach in Dana Bay not far from the house.

The 2nd section has 3 en-suite bedrooms, an open plan study and a balcony. The downstairs section has an open plan lounge/kitchen/scullery/dining room, single garage, guest toilet and balcony.
The lower section has an open plan living area/kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a double sleeper for kids in the living area and parking is in front of the flat.
Unfortunately no pets are allowed. Smoking is limited to outdoors only. DSTV is available in the house, but not in the flat on the lower level.
