Our main aim was to offer owners of tourism products and other businesses an affordable platform which works, to advertise their products on the internet. Lalakoi does internet marketing for more than 10 years.

We have automated this directory and in order to keep costs down, we have looked into various payment options to use on the Garden Route Classifieds Directory and decided to use PayPal. For years Lalakoi has done business with PayPal and it seems to be the most cost effective system at the moment. You as the client can pay for your placement on the Garden Route Classifieds Directory with your credit card via PayPal. PayPal uses the strictest form of encryption, and no credit card details are stored on the website. The Reserve Bank of South Africa has just recently approved PayPal in conjunction with FNB as a payment processor. How to list on the Garden Route Classifieds Directory
The Garden Route Classifieds Directory is fully automated. You will be able to upload your own website and you will also be able to edit your website at any time.
Here is a step by step instruction sheet.
• Register for a free account. Example Image
• Fill out all fields {step 1 to step 7)
• Click on “Register Now”
Your Dashboard will open now and you can create your advertisement (Listing)
Remember, an e-mail was sent to you with your username and password. You do not have to use this now. This user name password will be needed in future if you want to edit your listing.
• Click on “Create New Ads”
• Select a category. Click on the arrow to get a dropdown menu. Now select the appropriate category under the appropriate town.
• Type in the “Ads Title” This will be in most of the times your establishment’s name.
• Now your address.
• Now you can add your description.
Best is to type the description in word, to do a spell check and a word count as your description should not be more than 1200 characters. I you are satisfied with your description, then copy and paste it to note pad on your computer. Copy it from note pad and past it to the space provided in your dashboard.
• Now the owners name. This will also be your establishments name or if you prefer your name or the person who handles your enquiries.
• E-mail Address; enter the email address to where your enquiries should be sent to.
• Phone Number: International format (+27 44 695 1559)
• Tags: Here you should put in the keywords on which you would like your website to be indexed by the search engines.
• URL: This is where you should enter your website address. (http://www.yourdomain.com)
In case you are a “Lalakoi Website Advertiser” and are entitled to a free listing your URL of the Lalakoi website will be entered here.
You should also contact us to get your unique coupon code in order to place a free listing. That coupon will see that the payment page will be skipped.
• Now it is time to add your images. We suggest that you resize your images to width: 640 pixels x height: 480 pixels. To give your website a neat look it is best to either add 1 or 4 or 7 images. If you have a look at existing listings you will see what we mean.
How to add images to Garden Route Classifieds Directory.
Click on “Browse” and search for your image on your computer. When you have found your image, simply double click on your image and it is added. To add the next image, click on “Add New”
If you have your coupon code (Lalakoi Website Advertisers can get coupon code by sending us an e mail via our contact form.) Other advertisers who wish to pay for their listing in ZAR can fill out the form and we will invoice you. After receiving your payment we will issue you with a coupon code.
• Now you can preview your listing. ( it will take a few minutes as all your information as well as the images you have loaded must be uploaded to our server.) If you are happy with your listing, then approve it by clicking on the green field which says:
Your listing will not be published on the directory immediately.
It will be placed in a draft folder. Garden Route Classifieds Directory Admin will now optimize your listing to be search engine friendly and of course check if your listing is not violating our terms and conditions.
Terms and Conditions
The www.gardenroutedirectory.net called herein the Garden Route Classifieds Directory is a highly sophisticated script developed by Lalakoi Publishing and its business partners over a long period. It is designed and developed to be indexed very quickly by search engines. Together with the lalakoi publishing network your website will be visible in a short period on search engines
The annual fee to be listed on the Garden Route Directory is R600.00 per year, payable in advance.
You will receive a pass word and user name by email which entitles you to change the content of your website at any time. The content (text and images) should be of acceptable standards to the whole community. No obscene or pornographic content will be allowed. In case such contend will be found on the directory such will be removed and we will also pass this information to the relevant authorities who will deal with this matter.
· Uploading of images.
You can upload up to 7 images to your website. Images must be resized to 640 pixels by 480 pixels. It would be a good practice to upload your logo as the first image.
· Editing of content by Lalakoi Publishing.
As we want to have your website to be indexed by the search engines, Lalakoi might edit your text to be search engine optimized.. The meaning of your content will not be changed.

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and HJC Accommodation T/A garden routeaccom and lalakoi chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature. Variation
Garden Route Classifieds Directory may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.
